What is the best book / site to learn the absolute basics of stocks?

I am interested in learning what affects one's ups and downs share price, among other things. I can never find a stock "for Dummies" type of thing anywhere.

I have studied investment for decades. And, two books come to mind. They are both written by Burton G. Malkiel. The simplest and is a first: "The Random Walk Guide to Investing." If you do not mind a complex and academic explanation of the total investment field, also wrote the classic "A Random Walk Down Wall Street." Armed with either of those two books, you know how much ore that investment advisers.

Where I can buy Maya training materials (CD and tutorials)?

Hi, I'm very new to Maya and 3D software. The only thing I know is before graphics with Corel Draw and Photoshop. Now, I've begun learning Maya with the goal of being an animator (making cartoons and stuff) that I want to buy the CDs and books, but Autodesk website, I saw a lot of rigging CD. So my question is: What is the rig? How important is. Is it Modelinging same thing? Please Could someone tell me the steps to follow, basically, to produce a complete animated character like Garlfield, or King Kong. Received a Schedule K-1 stock in my IRA. What to do with it??

I am using TaxCut Premium Federal + State to make my statement taxes. Is this software package is capable of handling / record the information that I have to do something with the K-1 forms I receive? I did not think all reports to the IRS is necessary in an IRA except when contributions and distributions have occurred. I will be marked with my agent if I have to pay for prepration tax help. These stocks probably will not earn enough money to pay for tax preparation fees. The K-1 form did not come from the brokerage firm, but The publicly traded company that I have the stock. The population is not in my IRA at the brokerage firm.

No need for this information in its statement taxes because the stock is held in a retirement account. This income is not taxable.
