Reader Rabbit is better?
I'm trying to decide between reader rabbit interactive reading journey that comes with the disc and brochures forty, or learn to read with phonetics, including reader rabbit, only one disk. Both are for ages 4-6. Has anyone used any of these? My daughter is almost four years, very interested in learning to read, and you know all the letters in it and sounds. I want something very structured, and not too easy. My plan is to be with her and do it together, not only his tenure do it yourself. If you have any other suggestions of different programs you have used, please let me know! Thanks!

Need help with Verizon Vcast Motorola W755 phone?
Ok here's the deal. I bought the Motorola W755 and the Music Essentials Vcast kit. The music management software is installed correctly. Motorola mobile phone driver is installed correctly. I have the right Windows Media Player v. 10. The problem is when I connect the phone to the computer via the USB cable, still receive an error message that says "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services Error "and shuts off. My phone can not get a connection at all. I looked in the here and tried the other solutions to the generic Host Process errors (for example, turning off automatic updates) and nothing works. If anyone can help here, would be fantastic. Microsoft wants to charge 80 dollars to tell me how to fix it and my warranty is with HP used to help anyone. The only reason I bought this phone was because MP3 playback. starting to freak out about it.

A living trust "requires that assets are listed in Annex A," I can simply say "all I have? "
I'm using Plus Willmaker Quicken 2007 to make my living trust. I have all my money invested in Smith Barney account. I want to cash a number of individuals. Me would like my confidence just say, "and Joe Blow, let X thousands of dollars." But in the Quicken software and book I found that for every gift to a benificiary I listed a separate bank account or leave a link to it, etc. Is this because this is how Trusts will work and if I do otherwise, just go through a will. My current Trust made by a lawyer only listed in Annex A: 1) my house and 2) says and everything else I own. I have the feeling my lawyer has done so with the hope that it will have to go next to a will and it will make more money. I want to do well and hope someone here can shed some "light" in that it is honest. Who out there in "the land of red" knows what is truth?
Trust law is governed by the State statutes of living, can make specific bequests in your will, and still have the rest of their assets are to their confidence. If the will and confidence are conflict, the will be presented. And if you do not trust the attorney advising you, get a second opinion.
