I understand the basic idea of what the cache version of a website is, but what I’m wondering is, does being cached improve my websites placement in search engines? Will my site pop up higher in search engine results versus sites that are not cached?
Also any info on resources to help me learn to cache my google sites website would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I registered a site .tv and .co but Yahoo search engines can not find it. But Google does a fantastic job (what I expect).

Then I hear I have to pay for Yahoo search placement for websites. And I am appalled that they want me to pay for search engine placement. I do not hate Yahoo. But I honestly prefer Google over yahoo 99%. Me asking is the 1% for asking why does yahoo suck?

And 100% of finding why Yahoo Search Sucks is always – well because they do. I dont commonly like to pay for any advertising of something which I would prefer to be free.

I have been thinking that it may be time for me to tell the whole world in great detail all about my fabulous life and my fascinating opinions. I think the world deserves it. So does anyone have a good or a bad experience with any particular blog publisher? I think my main concerns would be 1) good protection against hackers, 2) good placement in search engines, 3) good tech support, 4) good selection of formats to choose from, and 5) relative freedom from censorship. (I mean, I don’t wish to make libelous statements or publish child pornography or advocate the overthrow of the government, but I would like to be able to say Controversial Things and to include Adult Content if I choose to.)

(And I’m not really going to tell them eveything.) And to Derail: I don’t wish to be a big deal. A few thousand fans out of the entire human race would suffice. And I’m pretty sure I can do that because I’ve seen very successful blogs written by people who are even more boring than I am. And to Ms. M: I wouldn’t be blogging for family and friends. Hey Guys,
I am planning to redesign my website ( 1100+ Pages) which is doing good on search engines and is getting good traffic. My only concern is if i do that keeping in mind all the link placement and everything. Still can rank fall on google??

I thought one solution for this let me know if that will work –

Will launch new page with same domain name but with different extension say .info and with new title, keywords and description in meta tags plus will modify on page content too except dynamic part of the site. Once that new page is crawled by google will replace old one with new one on main hosting.. Hows it sounding and yes I did lot of optimization for current page..
So please suggest me best possible way of gaining more rank with new page rather thn loosing it

Otherwise how do you make it so your name comes first when you type in something without paying.

Background: About 6 years ago I was doing a pretty extensive job search, and was contacted back by a "recruiter" who requested my resume. I sent it in but never heard back, even when I called to follow up.

Roughly a year later, so 5 years ago, I had started and then closed a business and was job-searching again. As I googled around to see if there were any new ways to put together a professional resume, any new trends etc, I clicked a link and was slapped in the face when my OWN RESUME appeared on the site owned by "Professional Resume Writers."

Seems they place ads for employment, obtain resumes from innocent job-seeking applicants, then turn around to re-sell the stolen resumes to their "clients."

I don’t know if that’s ok or not ok in the legal sense, but I had written mine and I didn’t want them selling it.

So I contacted the business and requested that they remove my resume from their website. They ignored me, so after the third request (phone message and email), I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and other types of similar online business complaint services.

At that point, the business owners came UNGLUED and wrote several dozen pages of miscellaneous slanderous rhetoric about me which they are now broadcasting all over the Internet.

Their extensive posting of misinformation about me is pretty much evidence (to me anyway) that they were in fact guilty of stealing other people’s original work. Guess I hit a nerve.

They easily obtained my employer’s name, my home address, my phone info, and other personal data and proceeded to blast articles everywhere that I was a dishonest business person, that I was "deranged", that people should steer clear of doing business with me, etc etc etc.

This has caused so much stress for me that in addition to having to change jobs and change phone numbers, I actually was compelled to legally change my name. When you google my old name, because of the wording, the meta tags, and the search engine placement these people have utilized; it appears as though I’m untrustworthy, crazy, and even a criminal.

They even have my photo and contact information up on a website that they themselves maintain, that lists all of the slander they are posting about me.

Is there anything I can do about this? How can they be using my photo?

I am planning on interviewing for a position tomorrow within a college office, and one of my main points is that grants are out there for the office to use, and grow. I am sure they are out there, but search engines are not a good tool to use, because you will end up with a lot of student resources, instead of for the college itself. I would really appreciate it if I could find a source of both Illinois, and Federal grants available to colleges and universities, as I am not very sure how to come across this information without the position itself. For a while, I’ve been fed up with my current psychiatrist and looking for a new one. I’ve been thinking for a long time of how I’m going to break the news, and here’s what I came up with (yeah, some of it sounds harsh and immature, but that’s how I felt for a long time and can no longer sugarcoat it) Here’s What I’m going to say to her:

"Dear Dr. Doctor,
I regret to inform you that I will be dumping you, and don’t want you as a doctor anymore. I would like to be referred to another psychiatrist that can still supply me the same type of medication. Here are the reasons why:
•You flat out insisted that I should go back up to taking 225mg of my Effexor last June after I told you about a nervous breakdrown I had that was over something rather stupid. I told you that I’m cutting back to 150mg for money reasons. You said something about a different medication and that I was going into a possible relapse. I thought what you said was biased. I was hoping that you suggest an alternative solution, but it sounds like you didn’t, and that really upset me. The breakdown was a temporary setback, I felt fine the next day. You just wanted to try to put me another stupid medication with annoying side effects cause you and the drug companies are after my hard earned money.
•I feel that you judge and criticize me for some of the choices I make in my life. For example, there’s my plans about my future and what I’m doing after graduation as far as finding a job. I told you that I’m still with a seasonal temp job that recently promoted me, that I’m working nice full time hours in the summer making good money, and I’m looking for another job right now. You didn’t even bother to congratulate me on my promotion. I contacted someone at Creatives on Call yesterday to follow up and they said that they got my updated info and will contact me when they can, and that they’re going through tons of resumes including mine. I even remember you asking that if I’m “hooked” on my job, so please stop it! Quit mocking me! I’m doing the best I can. I don’t control the economy, doctor. I’m sick of all the bullcrap! It’s my life, so back the heck off! Peace!"

Hi, I just changed my spark plugs and wires for my 2000 mitsubishi galant V6 engine.
