I need to increase my backlinks to my website. what are some good ways? And do you know of a good service to do it without killing me money wise?

Hey all, about a week ago I launched my website. I’ve been updating several times daily with new contents. I even have Google AdSense on the site already. But I find it necessary to backlink the site. I’ve heard of one program, NTX, but the site appears to be out of service. So, my question is do you know of any good programs to backlink to while you can also earn some cash? From what I’ve heard, NTX is really good. They have a point system that essentially the money. Any such websites or programs will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

Ok i am a member on blogger and i want to get adsense but not anytime soon because i dont want google to cancel my account because i have no traffic on it but before i get it i want some questions answered. thnx

but I still have no customers. I have two sites that I set up in October and not one customer or sale. I have tried all sorts of offers, but it’s still not working. ok im thinking about getting a job as a inbound telemarketer for a company called west corporation. what i would have to do is take calls when people have questions about their light or gas bill or just want to set up payments. anyway about a year ago i went to training for west but i couldnt catch on. I mean the whole class was 2 days ahead of me. anyway with the job market being slim and me being 7 months pregnant i really need the money. they pay 8.50 an hour and 9hr after 3 months, they open at 6am and close at 6pm and i dont have to work on the weekends. but im nervous that i wont catch on this time and also they treat their employees like crap but hell i can ignore people like that, as long as they dont call me out my name or cuss at me im good. anyway any advice would be needed. also i hate the job(i worked their before) but i cant find any job in my town that flexiable and close to my house. my queston is would you take the job if you wre in my situation being pregnant. thanks

I am currently looking for an SEO developer for my website. I recently just hired one based in India (which I found through elance.com), about 8 months ago. He was able to do onpage optimization and create 150 inbound links to my site, along with other SEO works such as article submission, directory submission.

The problem is that the 150 inbound links were mostly PR0, PR1, and sometimes PR2. They were somewhat irrelevant to my niche market.

I started with about a top 10-12 position with my main keyword, and now I am in the top 8-9 position. Not really that impressive in my opinion.

Hello everyone!
Just a few words about myself before I ask, so that you know how to answer.
I am a college student who is very computer savvy, and I like to create web pages as well as articles and things, especially about my hobbies and such.
Now, as we all know, college is coming all too soon, and once I go back, I will be out of work and unable to work, I am taking 19 credit hours spread out over all times of the day, and so I hoped to make money with my blogs using Google ad-sense and things like that. However, the topics I write about are usually way too broad, and so I was thinking I would go into a much more narrow niche so that I could generate more traffic, since I could never compete with the top results on my current niches.
I know there’s the keyword tool from google, which is great! However… how can I tell which keywords I should base my new niche around? Keywords that get only 50-100 searches a month seem too low to care about, and niches that get 50k plus seem way too hard to compete with. Should I aim for keywords with 1k searches or something?
I would be so happy to make anything like 10 dollars a day, just something to help me get by.

To me, the content and stuff I write about is interesting. And similar blogs get anywhere from 2,000-4,000 hits a day usually, one mag even gets more than that. The funny thing is, they update less frequently than I do. Pretty amazing stuff. But I can’t seem to generate much traffic to my blog. It’s frustrating, to say the least.

People keep saying that you have to drag people to my blog, drag people to become regular or even first-time readers, etc..but if that’s true, how do these other blogs get so many visitors a day? What’s their secret? Does my blog HAVE TO be a gay blog…because I am straight.

Any help or real suggestions would be amazing.

I know that you can find a lot of "how to" stuff just by typing it in a search engine, and you get mixed results. However, I want to learn QuickBooks without having to shell it out the money for a full program as I am unemployed, and it seems a lot of companies are looking for this experience, but typical of today’s companies is that none wants to train anyone, but they want someone experienced from the start. Is there a trail or demo version of QuickBooks anywhere, or a tutorial on the internet that I can use as a starting guide. I appreciate all help and I hope you have a safe and filling Thanksgiving.

I can’t understand why abuse abusers don’t use the search engine right in front of there face.

If they did, they would see 733 questions about lockez.

I tried to go back to the question to see if she did anything wrong, but abuse abusers already got rid of her.

If 733 other users are asking the same question, then this person should have been able to do the same.

Yahoo! could save a lot of money by either getting rid of the AA’s or doing a better job of training the AA’s with examples. How hard would that be?

Why don’t they have a radio button page with all the reasons for violations? Then the email violation notice might help the "supposed" violater realise their error, thus a decition too appeal or not could be made.

I will tell you why, it is because programming is expensive and not enough people are putting it in as feedback to Yahoo!, that is why. So, even if you are "sure" that you didn’t violate and you loose an appeal you can always GLUT UP Y!A with "Why was this a deleted questions".
Unless you are interested in telling Yahoo! what you want, don’t complain about AA’s like I am.

I will admit that it may be solicting if there is a monetary consideration, why allow 733 others to do it. I reccommend sites in almost every answer I give,but I have no financial interest in any of them. I saw one recently ( I won’t mention what it was about, so no one does a search for it). The user was asking how a website worked, her– I think–" I friend who was using it. I tried it and it would not response a proper petition. She could have been an unintential viral spammer, or for that matter, she could have been a 45 year old male who runs the marketing department at the website. How would we know?

I’m thinking of setting up a pixel site thats different (quirky) for people to put their links on.

I was perhaps going to make it theme based like (http://www.bigbenpixels.co.uk/) and in the shape of a car for car advertisers or

the shape of a house for landlords and letting agencies. (this is just an idea)… or just make it similar to the million dollar page ,
I was also going to try to gain advertisers by saying a cash prize of say 50 to a 100 pounds will be won by one of them at the end of a year period.etc

I just wondered if you think this is an ok idea or will people just give it a widebirth and think "hmmm we’ve seen this before etc"

I was looking through these kinda site the other day and must admit I was nearly tempted to buy some pixels in hope of more exposure to my blogs and websites as they lack in traffic, the pixels were 5 to 10 dollars each witch I thought was a bit costly.

Im trying to think of something new and quirky and other reasons for a site like this is getting linkbacks from people when they advertise and thus making it viral.
